About

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is a health care profession that is focussed on the biomechanics and structural integrity of the spine. The fundamental understanding that chiropractors have is that problems with the pelvis and vertebrae will have a negative impact on the patient's entire body including the muscular and nervous systems. The chiropractor first detects and then corrects spinal stresses and imbalances. Dr. Thompson does this with particular protocol using a unique system of analysis that is followed by spinal correction on a very special chiropractic table which is designed to help him adjust the patient's spine with comfort and safety.

Within the chiropractic profession, different doctors have been drawn to develop extra enthusiasm and skills in order to serve different groups of patients. In Dr. Thompson's case, while he welcomes and serves patients of all ages, he especially enjoys the work he does with infants, children, and pregnant women.

Always working within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, Dr. Thompson believes that every human being should have their spine checked by a chiropractor and that there is incredible value in checking the very young - whether there is an obvious problem or not. He knows that an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.
